Gentle Flow Yoga
Join us Monday afternoon from 1:15pm until 2pm for gentle flow yoga. Registration is appreciated. Through the month of September we will be following along with professional gentle flow yoga videos while our yoga instructor takes a break. We appreciate all the teaching she has done on a volunteer basis and look forward to having her back later this fall.
Gentle flow yoga is a style of yoga that emphasizes slow, mindful movements and poses, making it suitable for people of all levels, including beginners and those with limited mobility. Please bring water and a yoga mat. Please note that there will no longer be mats available to borrow.
