Weekly discussions on foreign policy topics based on readings and video clips put out by the Foreign Policy Association.
Join us on Wednesdays, February 4th-March 25th from 1pm-2:30pm for a weekly discussion on foreign policy topics. Great Decisions is a National, grassroots foreign policy discussion program aimed at bringing global affairs to teachers, classrooms and informal discussion groups. It is designed to serve as a catalyst for developing awareness, understanding, and informed opinion on U.S. foreign policy and global issues through its balanced, nonpartisan programs and publications.
There will be weekly readings on a topic on foreign affairs along with a video to kick off the weekly discussion. Books with the readings are available for purchase and one copy will be available for inhouse reading at the front desk. If you'd like to purchase a copy of the book, but financially unable to, please contact Renee at rjoseph@midyork.org. Registration and book money is required by January 19th in order to place book orders on time.
