The library & Canal Town Museum host a resident roundtable inspired by Chuck Merrifield?s new book. Moderated by Ross Stagnitti. Audience participation encouraged; session recorded for archives.

In collaboration with the Canal Town Museum, Canastota Public Library is hosting a roundtable panel of Canastota residents. This roundtable will share local stories inspired by Chuck Merrifield's recent work, 200th Anniversary of the Erie Canal: A Collection of Memorable Images by the Canastota Canal Town Corporation.

This event will be moderated by Ross Stagnitti, from the Canal Town Museum. Participation from audience members is encouraged, and this roundtable discussion will be recorded for the museum's record, so that the stories and knowledge shared will be preserved for future generations.

Topics include, but will certainly not be limited to, the following:
