Children are not expected to sit still and we encourage them to interact with the stories in any way that works for them! We are learning together and meeting children where they are. This program strives to provide play-based support for children in developing social skills, pre-writing & pre-reading skills and more!
Older and younger children are welcome, but storytime is designed to provide the greatest impact for children ages 1-4!
Allergy concerns or accommodation requests can be communicated to our children's librarian Ms. Emily at erundle@midyork.org. We strive to create reasonable accommodations for all who are interested in attending storytime.
