Join us for a cardio drumming exercise program. We meet for 30 minutes on Mondays at 5:15 PM and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 8:15 AM. All materials are provided. Classes are limited to 10 people. Cardio drumming involves an exercise ball and drumsticks. We do various exercises to music from instructional videos on YouTube. Any age & fitness level can do this with the ability to tailor it to your fitness level. From East: Take Route 5S to Utica. Follow Route 5 to Whitesboro St. turn right. Follow to library, which is one block past the Colonial Pharmacy, formerly Dimbleby's Funeral Home, on the right side of the street. From West: Take Route 49 to Mohawk Street and turn right. Follow to Main Street. Turn left on Main. Library is 1/2 block down on left hand side of street.
