Join us every Thursday for a low-impact aerobic exercise program for adults/seniors. The whole workout is done in a seated position so this is a good class for anyone who does not feel comfortable in a standing class or has some physical limitations. We will be exercising to various YouTube videos led by different instructors. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring a water bottle. It is recommended that you check with your physician before you start any exercise program. This is a free program for adults. Registration is not required. From East: Take Route 5S to Utica. Follow Route 5 to Whitesboro St. turn right. Follow to library, which is one block past the Colonial Pharmacy, formerly Dimbleby's Funeral Home, on the right side of the street. From West: Take Route 49 to Mohawk Street and turn right. Follow to Main Street. Turn left on Main. Library is 1/2 block down on left hand side of street.
