Dungeons and Dragons is a tabletop roleplaying game based in fictional worlds; typically set in fantasy worlds but, there are also sci-fi versions of the game. One player is the designated "Dungeon Master" (DM) who is the storyteller of the campaign and controls the non-player characters. Other players create their own character from a variety of different classes (paladin, rogue, sorcerer, etc.), races (human, elf, dragonborn, etc.), backstories, and more. Dungeons and Dragons is an incredibly flexible game where the only limit is your own imagination and what the DM allows.
