Thinking about exploring your family history but not sure where to begin? This program is a great way to prepare for National Genealogy Day, celebrated the second Saturday in March.

This session will cover the whats and whys of genealogy research, including how to plan your research, what types of documents and records are available, and how to use charts and reports to keep track of what you find. We will also discuss common mistakes, the importance of citations, and an overview of DNA basics.

Whether you are just getting started or want to build a stronger foundation for your research, this program will give you practical tools and confidence to move forward.
