Adult diagnosis for ADHD is skyrocketing, and the condition adds significant challenges to daily life. In this one-hour session, learn tips, recommendations and resources for navigating life with ADHD from a leading expert, John Ringhisen, PMHNP-BC, NPP, who developed and launched the first specialty ADHD clinic for adults in CNY. The focus for the session will be on adults with ADHD. From Utica and points north: Take State Route 12 South to Waterville. At the first signal light in town, continue straight on Stafford Avenue one block. At tee-intersection stop sign, turn right onto White Street. Look for Library lane entrance at about 300 feet on the left . From points east and west along US Route 20: At Sangerfield signal light (a Nice 'n Easy is on northwest corner of this intersection), turn north onto State Route 12, 1.3 miles into village of Waterville. Bear right at signal light onto White Street. Look for Library lane entrance at about 0.1 mile on the right.
