Through informative displays and interactions, Dan the Snakeman and his presentation is successful in helping the audience better understand and appreciate the special nature of reptiles and their importance to the environment. The program offers a unique opportunity to experience many species of exotic reptiles. The audience is invited to interact with the animals on an up close and personal level. Viewing, touching and asking questions are highly encouraged.

From East: Take Route 5S to Utica. Follow Route 5 to Whitesboro St. turn right. Follow to library, which is one block past the Colonial Pharmacy, formerly Dimbleby's Funeral Home, on the right side of the street. From West: Take Route 49 to Mohawk Street and turn right. Follow to Main Street. Turn left on Main. Library is 1/2 block down on left hand side of street.
