2026-07-01 15:00:00 2026-07-01 16:00:00 America/New_York The Jewel Winds Present: American Composers Wednesday, July 01, 2026 / 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM Join the Jewel Winds woodwind quintet for a concert showcasing music by American composers- from John Philip Sousa to Billy Joel and Scott Joplin to native Upstater Monk Rowe!  Jewel Winds woodwind quintet was formed in the spring of 2009 and is based in Central New York State, performing often throughout Syracuse, Utica, Rome and Mohawk Valley. The group has developed a varied repertoire which includes standard quintet literature, pops, new music and children's selections. Jewel Winds has been most pleased to present many concerts for children and families throughout our local region.   This performance is made possible with funding support from the Music Performance Trust Fund in conjunction with Local 78 of the American Federation of Musicians.  Utica Public Library - Gallery -

About the Library

Traveling south on Genesee St., the Library is located on the left (east) side of the street between Dakin St. and Eagle St., diagonally across from Munson-Williams-Proctor Institute. The parking lot entrance is on Park Avenue at the rear of the building.
